Ramanathan hails from a traditional traders’ family in Madurai. He leads one of the largest pharmaceuticals distribution firms in the city. Knowledge and human resource development have always been his core areas of interest. He is a member of the Reader’s Club in the city. He gives special attention in building capacities of staff of his business firm. He has designed and conducted several training programmes on personality development, leadership, interpersonal communication etc. for his staff members.
Ramanathan finds the existing educational system is totally inadequate and has severely failed to produce citizens who can think and act independently. He strongly believes that the education should be complete rather than focusing only on imparting memorizing skills.
He sees his involvement in promotion of the Indian 3C School as a gesture of ‘Giving Back to the Society’. He envisions promoting a collective of educational institutions to serve to the children and youth.
Chelladurai started his career an athletic coach and later transformed into an academician. He believes that the principles of coaching athletes that he acquired during his early career help him promote innovations in education. In 1987, he joined as a campus director cum athletic coach in Nagamalai pudukkottai campus of SBOA School. As one of the core members of the school, he was instrumental in developing SBOA school as one of the leading educational institutes in the city. Driven by his thirst of promoting on innovative complete model of education, he co-founded Grace Public School in Jaihindpuram in 2005. Later, he independently promoted Grace Public School in S.S.Colony.
He is an ardent believer of ancient educational system of India. He aspires to demonstrate a model that rediscovers and rebuild the hidden potentials of our traditional educational system and impart a complete and meaningful education to the student community. Through his three decades of rigorous practice and research in the educational sector he has developed a ‘3C Model’ of education.
The Indian 3C School adopts ‘3C Mode’ of education, a unique way of transferring knowledge, skills and attitude to the pupils. The school aims at overall development of the child rather than focusing only on memorization skills. The over emphasis on the rote method of teaching will negatively affect the skillset and personality of the child. Our model has been evolved through more than 30 years of committed practice and intensive research of our senior team members.
